These Terms of Service govern your use of EP Analytics services and this website. By engaging our services or submitting a contact form you agree to these terms.
EP Analytics is a freelance data analytics service operated by Edwin Pedraza as an individual. We are not a registered company. Services are provided on a project-by-project basis.
EP Analytics provides data analytics services including but not limited to: • Data cleaning and preparation (Python, Power Query, Excel) • Power BI dashboard design and development • Excel reporting and VBA automation • Data consulting and advisory The exact scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services • Supply source data in formats that can be reasonably processed • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines • Ensure you have the right to share any data provided to us EP Analytics is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in source data provided by the client.
Deliverables are considered accepted if no written objection is raised within 5 business days of delivery. Requested revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. EP Analytics reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is received in full.
Upon receipt of full payment, all work products and deliverables created for you become your property. EP Analytics retains the right to use general methods, tools, scripts, and techniques developed during the engagement for future projects. Proprietary client data remains the property of the client at all times.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. EP Analytics will not disclose your business data, financial information, or project details to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of delivering the agreed services (e.g. AI processing described in our Privacy Policy).
EP Analytics may use AI-assisted tools during service delivery, including for data analysis or content generation. The use of such tools does not reduce the quality standard or accountability of the deliverables. AI tools used with client data are subject to the disclosure in our Privacy Policy.
EP Analytics' total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
EP Analytics provides analytics and reporting services based on the data and context provided. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or decision outcomes from the use of our deliverables.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
